Cancellation Policy

PRICE & PAYMENT

  • Where applicable, prices are in Malaysian Ringgit. Delivery costs will be charged in addition where applicable; such additional charges are clearly displayed and included in the ‘Final Total’.
  • You can pay using any of our payment partners listed on our homepage. Similarly you can pay all or part of your order using store credit or a promotional voucher, where applicable.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, we shall not be held responsible/ liable for any products ordered from other channels/ methods aside from the site.
  • Free gift that comes with your order will be shown in the shopping cart (if any).

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

  • It takes 5-10 days to process your orders in Paw Life Matters e-store.
  • We aim to deliver the product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your order and the delivery time indicated by us at the time of your order checkout (as updated in the Order Confirmation via email notification).
  • We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

CANCELLATION

  • No amendments/cancellation are allowed after payment has been processed.
  • Kindly check and ensure that your delivery details and ordered/purchased item(s) are correct before proceed the payment.
  • We will only accept order cancellation by email followed by phone call, if the order has not being processed yet.

RETURN & EXCHANGES (if applicable)

  • Kindly contact within 3 days after receipt of your order(s). Our customer service representative will guide you through.
  • To request for a return/replacement, you are required to contact us by email / phone call.
  • All products that are purchased from Farmilive e-store are not applicable for return/exchange except for damaged product(s), wrong product(s) delivered or short expiry (less than 6 months)
  • Return(s) shall be accompanied with the Tax Invoice/Receipt. All return(s) without proof of purchase will not be accepted.
  • Any product(s) that has been consumed/used will not be entitled for return/exchange.
  • All returned item shall be sent in original condition and packaging.
  • Self return/collection from our warehouse is strictly not allowed
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
